Scholarship scheme for Urdu-medium students of classes VI to Masters degree.

To encourage Urdu medium students to pursue further studies and to prevent drop out.

From ₹ 2000 to ₹ 10000 per student per year depending upon the course.

1. Must be pursing studies in Urdu-medium.
2. Obtained at least 65% marks in Urdu and 50% in aggregate in the last examination.

Applications are invited through advertisement in news papers by West Bengal Urdu Academy for classes VI to X in January and for classes XI to MA in August.
